This Privacy Policy explains how our Instagram Automation Bot ("the Bot") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you interact with our Instagram account via Direct Messages (DMs). We are committed to ensuring your privacy is protected.

2. Data We Collect

When you send a message to our Instagram account, the Bot automatically processes the following information via Meta Graph API:

• Instagram User ID: A unique numerical identifier assigned by Meta (not your public username).
• Message Content: The text, images, or quick-reply selections you send to the Bot.
• Interaction Timestamp: The date and time of the messages.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• To provide immediate, automated responses to your inquiries.
• To route your questions to the appropriate service or information.
• To improve the automated conversational experience.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

Your messages are securely routed using serverless cloud infrastructure (AWS Lambda).

Third-Party AI Processing: To provide intelligent and automated responses, the text of your messages is transmitted to Replicate (a third-party AI inference platform) for processing via artificial intelligence models. This data is handled temporarily and strictly to generate the immediate reply.

Data is only handled through official platforms in compliance with Meta's Developer Policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: We only retain message data for as long as necessary to fulfill the automated conversation or to provide customer support.

User Rights & Deletion Request: You have the right to request the deletion of any data processed by the Bot. To have your data removed from our logs, please contact us at yacoubaltaieh@gmail.com with your Instagram handle, and we will process your request within 5 business days.

6. Security

We implement standard technical and organizational security measures via AWS cloud infrastructure to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
